
MOTHERS HELPING MOTHERS
Mothers helping Mothers is a comprehensive program designed to support mothers and families experiencing stress and grief associated with loss.
Over the course of six months, participants will take part in:
Facilitated peer support groups
Art-based healing workshops
Specialized trainings
Field trips
Participants will be supported by experts, including community-based certified peer mentors. Through this program, participants will build a supportive community and develop skillsets to accept and process grief, accept themselves, and move forward to the future.
